CBC/VCS is making dramatic changes in how we communicate with consumers. Soon consumers will be able to text on their cell phones with live agents between the hours of 8am and 5pm M-F. In addition, we are creating a 24/7 Web based Intelligent Agent! Consumers will be able to go to our website and TALK or enter TEXT to communicate with our computers. This is a very intelligent webBot! All interaction is logged onto your account and actions taken based on your questions: setting up payment arrangements; asking for balances and last payment information and more. Stay tuned! Our target date for our new website and communication functions is Sept 1, 2017.
UPDATE! As of January 15, 2018 our web based intelligent agent “Alex” went live! We can now handle web based inquiries from consumers 24/7 in no less that twelve different languages. In addition, we have also implemented consumer TEXT CHAT capabilities. This is a huge step in opening communications with consumers. Implementing AI based software is a benefit to our clients that even the largest of agencies don’t yet have available.
